In Poland the emergency calls at number 112 are received by the Fire Service and the Police.
Still are in force numbers:
997 – Police,
998 – Fire Service,
999 – Medical Rescue Service.

Number 112 is the single emergency telephone number for the European Union.
The 112 number serves to informing in distress situations of threat of health, lives or properties.
